The owners of this duplex wanted to restore it to its former glory, and asked us to carry out a complete renovation within a rational budget. The kind of challenge we love!
We took charge of the entire project, starting with the sanding of the dark brown oak woodwork, the color of which was darkening the interior. After a careful selection process, we chose to preserve the quality elements of the duplex, highlighting a stone wall and a beautiful staircase. As a result, we were able to retain most of the existing woodwork.
The bathrooms, also new, feature vapo-treated spruce furniture and a contemporary waxed concrete floor. Paintwork has also been redone.
Finally, in the bedrooms, we covered the base walls with wood and integrated bedside tables.
Lathion Frères took care of the woodwork and appointed partner craftsmen for the waxed concrete floor and paintwork, acting as general contractor and single point of contact for the customer.
Kitchen focus: this way.
