Duplex conversion: spruce kitchen

The owners of this duplex wanted to restore it to its former glory, and asked us to carry out a complete renovation within a rational budget. The kind of challenge we love.

The kitchen is brand new! We chose vapour-treated (oven-aged) spruce for the fronts, a wood that blends perfectly with the oak. This allowed us to incorporate a warm, modern touch. The very modern design brings balance to the entire floor. The 5cm-thick worktop in Valle d'Aosta stone is both robust and refined.
