Au fil d'un bisse: redevelop rather than relocate

A wonderful cocoon for a couple, situated along a stream with no access by road, this little chalet seemed too cramped for the arrival of a baby. The inhabitants therefore decided to move.

A completely new bathroom was installed opposite its original location, thanks to the addition of a few square meters of extension. Made of stone and old wood, this extension blends harmoniously with the existing building. An old door converted into a sliding door optimizes access and supports its authentic character while optimizing space.

The kitchen, also new, is now more functional.

In the attic, we installed large walk-in closets. The new storage spaces created freed up space for a baby's room.

A magnificent, authentic project, perfectly integrated into its environment.

Kitchen focus: this way.

The unusual nature of this place, which has no access by car, and the success of the challenge of redeveloping it for new life
