Modular homes: 3D modeling

For this project, we were asked to furnish studios studios for long-term rental. The aim was to offer maximum comfort in a small space.

For this first preliminary project, we are proposing a set including an entrance cupboard, a fitted kitchen, storage space and a fold-out sofa bed. sofa bed. This configuration optimizes space while maintaining a pleasant a pleasant feeling of volume.

The coffee table converts into a dining table, so you can invite friends without cluttering up the apartment. Height-adjustable, it can also be used as a desk and, when folded, slides under the bed to minimize handling.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. These small apartments are perfect for today's living standards.
